Ø Constructed new analysis functions into the online Cancer Single-cell Expression Map (CancerSCEM) platform, focusing on downstream analysis of datasets and setting of control datasets for cancer datasets.
Ø Tested and evaluated clustering, trajectory inference, and RNA velocity algorithms for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) datasets.
Ø Collected, processed, and archived raw datasets of control group samples (adjacent normal tissue/PB) of cancer from various databases, followed by mapping them to the cancer datasets and preparing metadata.
l Microorganism in the Pond of Fontainebleau Forest (3-person group, leader) 07/2023- 08/2023

Ø Conducted visits to the ponds in the Fontainebleau Forest, sampling and analyzing eukaryote and bacteria content, with a focus on photoautotrophs and gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.
Ø Isolated and cultured the bacteria in the water sample, and selected a colony and cultivated it on selective culture media MacConkey Agar medium, Chapman medium and Eosin Methylene Blue Agar (EMB) respectively for multiple identification.
Ø Applied analytical tests (API OF test, gram staining, oxidase test) for bacterial characterization and identification.
l Construction and Testing of a Simple Potentiostat (5-person group, leader) 07/2022- 07/2023

Ø Aimed to create an open-source potentiostat with high measurement quality, user-friendliness, and expandability to address shortcomings of existing commercial potentiostats.
Ø Circuit design: following the cyclic voltammetry measurement method, tested measurement relationship between the three electrodes, then performed circuit design and PCB fabrication.
Ø Programming: according to the circuit, configured ports, designed relevant mathematical functions, and designed Arduino program for instrument control and data acquisition/output.
Ø 3D printing: modeled the frame of the potentiostat to the specific dimensions of each component, 3D printed the model and assembled it.
l Database System Experiment 08/2023-12/2023
Ø Designed databases to encompass core functions, including security control, integrity control, recovery mechanism, and concurrency control.
Ø Defined and constrained datasets, then implemented data queries and processing operations.
